I think it's funny but why would Corona promote this message? If it's vs. drinking and driving I could understand but this is like saying 'hey let's all drink mineral water'.
Maybe they try to say something like; Its about the quality not the quantity, or that its about the taste not the alcohol.

The message is not saying Do not drink alcohol. It's just telling to drink with moderation. Coronna is a tasty beverage and they do not support people who consume their product abusivly. They promote the consumption with moderation of alcohol. It's good for their image.
