Actually, that was done before that example. I forget the publication, but they had the view from the door peephole and famous people were at your door – the pope, Clinton, etc.
I thought at first it was a campaign against state manipulated medias or something like that, for which these visuals would have been a good idea.
I can't believe this campaign won a lion. And it's already been done, on the top of that.

I'm writing Cannes off my list of valid award shows after this years "winners".
I'm pretty sure that this would be seen as an endorsement by [PRESIDENT] of CNN's work. Damn sure Obama's people aren't going to appreciate this when they see it.

No one would see this as any endorsement whatsoever. Clearly, these ads are meant to be facetious and as such, I am not sure they fit the brand; hence, my low rating. If I have to choose between this campaign and the original one, I would choose this one. I don't know of any people who would want to have breakfast with Ahmadinejad.

The art is bad. This whole style will go down like bad 70s style.
