how do you know people? don't underestimate the people.
i loved the ad by the way.
don't overestimate the people. do you think they have time to stare at the photo to figure out the perspective?
I got it at once - so I don't think this picture is too hard to read quickly
this ad is realy nice

i got it as soon as i saw it. it's pretty obvious so maybe it's just you?

no - it's just that most people get it within about 1.5 seconds, like i did.

Took me less than a second to realize the perspective. GREAT AD!

I'm people and i get it.

I'm people and i get it.

Great idea! I really saw the man lying under the car!
I didn't realise he was under it until I read the first comment.
Works really well when you realise, but probably would of been safer trying to make a little more obvious some how.

Hmmm... That's probably because most mechanics roll in under a car head first and leave their feet sticking out... But logic aside, this is nice. However, I would have liked to seen a hint that it's the floor behind him and not an immaculate wall...

Simply superbe.
Really nice.

"I could have killed 'em all, I could kill you. In town you're the law, out here it's me. Don't push it. Don't push it or I'll give you a war you won't believe."

AWESOME!!!!!! Really cool visual trick!!!!

AD of the day
yeah it's pretty obvious. have you ever seen a wall like that?

THere's a door handle and a tire. Duh people.. It's easy. Duh.

I think it works fine as it is. You DON'T want to replace that background w/ something that looks like a floor, because that would be too obvious. You want the viewer to think it's a wall behind him at first, because you don't want to be too obvious. I think the tire and everything is cropped just like it needs to be.
to finish any risk of people dont get it maybe some tool on side of the "mechanics" solve the problem, or any thing that can make you realise the wall is actually the floor.
btw: i like it.
congrats.

pretty cool...but take some time to get the meaning...maybe better cropping, show more of the car, or fix the perspective (which is IMHO unreal)

the guy looks like a kiddy fiddler
I'm also people and get it at first look. Great ad by the way!

The fact that it isn't spoonfed to you is what makes this a good ad.
Gotta admit the guy looks really creepy though.

love the idea. but this guy looks twisty and disingenuous. i just don't trust him.
I don't like him either. He looks like he'd just as soon fondle you as he would help you with your car.
