Am I missing something? Why is the big finger violent to players? Is there any fresh idea here? (iPhone, iPad etc. with big fingers is really done)

SPLAT! The sijmple method of schadenfreude greatly incorporated in a print advertisement. The finger is certainly a universal symbol of touch, and definitely the prime tool for handheld devices, primarily the phone. In this context, this means that with the advent of new technology, simply select a sport you're interested in watching (press a button corresponding to it) and you're away... that touch technology is becoming particularly common in devices like the iPhone/iPad.
All in all, light hearted and absolutely an event you do not see everyday. X3
