Given the name I would say it's a competition around "mixing" drinks. The URL gives it away too as it's in a nightclub. Nice simple visual to go with an easy to get message. Rethink does nice work.

mixology is the opposite of flair (when they juggle with the bottles). The goal is to make cocktails, but not an average vodka&orange, they use chemicals etc to make truely unbelievable stuff. I'm a barman myself but i wouldnt know how to express it clearly in english (i'm french), check it out tho , you'd understand quite quickly.
I think given the subject, this one's good, because mixologist tend to "solidify" their cocktails with chemicals, i think thats why they're trying to refer to.
