Ok, quite wise but... Why using the same background in all 3 executions? The ads feature women from different races so shouldn't the background portray the same idea?

Well, the idea is still strong and shocking, so it works.
Replying to GONZOHJ: The executions are perfect. It´s a similar background in the 3 executions because GENITAL MUTILATION use to be done in women who lives in COUNTRYSIDE.
