Most likely if you see a double A you can't read the small print XD. So I think it loses its effectiveness at that point.
I think this would be more effective in a Don't Drink & Drive Campaign during New Year's Eve, where at the bottom of the Ad it would have vertical strips of paper that had information for cabs or free driving services for people who are tipsy or too drunk to drive. But I like the idea behind it!

This is just wrong on so many counts. This ad does not work at all. Plus it's an old silly joke which is not funny anymore.
