lame art direction...everything else is reflected including the upper side of the door frame...what happened to those drawings pasted on the wall?

There's a common sense explanation for some of these things. (For instance: If they'd realistically reflected the drawings on the wall on the floor, the reflection would hit close to the shoulder of the Ajax bottle. A routine retouch removed the distracting multicolored blob from that area of the image. I'm certain this is all there is to it. The height of the door was left in because for many people -- possibly the client was one of them -- this completes the illusion of reflection.)

People are making this way too complicated, both the thinking behind it and the execution.
