they've spent money on the bill board...but not for the 'professional billboard INSTALLERS'...the look is the flex is hung loosely therefore not professional therefore not paid a professional installer cos its expense...

like helloo...?!?!?

The installation is included in the cost of renting an outdoor space, unless it's an unusual creative request like an extra 3D element or something like what this is where you have to pay more. I don't think Mr. Tony Divino is being all that honest.
