there's 2 layers of story here:
first - the foot and the broken brick...
second - the scared old lady and a pistol-weilding thug (illustrations).
two different scenarios of "protect/protection" is confusing and am not too sure if these art can connect with your Target Audience...
you know...people who wear these rubber boots for protection...

I agree with other posts here, beautiful visual, but confusing concept. But it sure does get attention, so it will get viewers attention even if they don't get the entire concept.
