what a crap!
one should not take life so seriously - as one will not come out of it alive.
What there NOBODY there who said, "This might not be a good idea?" How. Utterly. Offensive.
Racist and stupid...you can read the message even without doing that.
Think. Then think again.
I think the intention was not to be racist, even it may seem, but I think the intention was to be fun,
Racist or not, it's just a bad ad based on a bad idea. And the execution doesn't work. So, even if it isn't racist, it still sucks.
Not for me.
Although I could read it without screwing up my eyes this whole idea is crap.
Insulting and boring!
"Just one Idea can change everything"
Not a fan of the ad, but I'm curious as to why many Asians find this insulting. I don't think Ukrainians would be offended if Asians die their hair blonde to resemble them.
It's because slanty eyes are used as an insult (why it is actually insulting is another matter -- perhaps because it's never been applied as a term of endearment or something, who know?). Blonde hair on the other hand, isn't seen as an insult so there's no reason for Ukrainians to be offended, as opposed to some stereotype like all Ukrainian women are hookers.
Like the thought behind the ad, but not the execution, i can read it without screwing my eyes.
Insulting at best.
Creative Director should be fired along with the team and client.
I love how, without fail, when something like this comes up someone will immediately say "I don't think they intended to be racist." It's 2012 - we can separate intentions from execution now.
Not all Asians have slanty eyes. Stupid ad indeed. And obviously you can read the ad without doing it.
It doesn't make sense anymore!

Am I the only one who can't even read the message, even without doing that? I understand the intention was for this to be fun but it's not, it's one of the worst ad ideas I've seen in a very long time.
