During more than 2 months, French people lived in total lockdown. They experienced a lot of constraints, frustrations and had the inability to do simple things. Basically, they experienced what it meant to live with a handicap in french society. The following day of the announcement of the end of the lockdown by the French Prime Minister, APF France Handicap launched this campaign on TV, Social networks and Press, to remind that lockdown is all year long for disabled persons.
