I love the lady in this commercial. She has such a unique look but at the same time she looks like she could be anyone I see in real life day to day. Every time the commercial comes on, I actually watch it. She has this look that makes me feel like I know her from somewhere and I think that's the point. It's not some super famous face that we see in movies or tv shows...when we see them we know they are being paid out the tush to put thier faces on products that they probably have NEVER used. In this case though, she seems like a person I would be friends with that is experiencing an embarrassing, although very common, issue such as incontinence. I just wish I knew her name cuz I'd love to follow her and see her in more commercials.

Is the ad supposed to be amusing? Because it's not: it's a total turnoff. I actually feel sorry for the actress, who has been asked to be humiliatingly unattractive in order to sell a product that is more often than not associated with humiliating experiences.
