I really enjoyed this commercial! I thought this commercial was super creative in many aspects. Like how their key phrase tied in with the nature of the commercial. It was also creative with which movies the family got into. I also liked the transitions the family made going from movie to movie. There was not much comedy in it however, it made me laugh thinking about the movie that the commercial was referencing to. I thought this was brilliant because it didn’t take time for the audience to get hooked into the commercial, but also make them laugh with minimal effort. This commercial bonded the family with the item with all different types of movies. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the arrangement of movies. They started off with a young crown then moved to an older crowd to two very popular movies liked by everyone. They made a very creative way to bringing the sense of being in movies with sky movies. Their phrase was “step into adventure”, which made the whole commercial appropriate. This commercial takes place during Christmas time when it’s a time to bring families together and bond together. Having them “step into adventure” together fits in with the Christmas time bonding time.
