Québec City, Canada, draws thousands of international tourists every year. This year, however, they have to stay home. With a 61.3% drop in traffic in 2020,1 Québec City Tourism (QCT) is inviting all Quebecers to visit instead, in a local tourism campaign driven by documentary content. Shot in locations around the world, the videos feature people who had to cancel their plans to visit the city.
