I'm not sure what the overall emotional tone was supposed to be, but the whole thing kinda creeped me out. I don't know how dismembered doll parts and possessed Barbie's are going to reach their target market.

I did like the lazers coming out of her boobies though ;-)

Never mind that it's a sexualised ad for Barbies, this is selling a toy, not a smartphone. Hope it was fun to make.

I like this. it's visually arresting and different enough to make me look at this for the whole duration of the commercial.

I like the spot because it's edgy, slightly bizarre, a bit David Lynchian.. and he used a Barbie doll too in his coffee spot. Also, I remember reading somewhere that Nokia aimed for something Gaga-lesque and so allegedly each Barbie in this spot is a Gaga wannabe. By the way, the target market is women, so it makes sense that guys won't like this explosion of pink.

This is fucking fabulous. He created a pop music video taking cues from the trend of having heavy product placements. The pop culture influences are great, there's Gaga, Britney, Rhianna.. I highly suggest you all watch the "Making of" video on youtube.

I didn't "like" it as a piece of advertising, but it is a cool video.
Not sure what they were aiming at though.
