I know it feels very familiar because I remember an old radio spot that used an exact same twist/formula that you see here. It was for a hospital or some kind of cancer patient organization, I can't remember which, but I remember the spot very well.

Galera:
- mudem e diminuam a fonte do lettering (helvetica talvez)
- diminuam assinaturas
- usem negativo nas marcas, para deixar mais classudo
- mostrem a mulher mais uma vez depois do último lett
- deixem só o site no final. 1 frame c/ marcas, outro com site
- e mandem pra cannes.

an idea stoled from KILL BILL PART 2. towards the end Uma Thurman cries in the restroom for her daughter and you think she is suffering and then towards the end she starts laughing of joy...the exact same idea.

...i agree the direction/acting is superb but the idea is predictable...i mean imagine she finds out she had cancer it would be a tvc with no twist
