Eh... not as good as the "Carpenters" one. They could have done this one differently and made it funnier.

It is quite obvious that the 3rd version of himself (the one who doesn't bump his head) comes from another time, as he already knows about the bump in the head and avoids it. He managed to travel to 1936 and built a time machine there with which he then traveled to another time (unknown to us). From this time however, somehow he wanted to get back to 1936 (perhaps he became romantically involved during his stay here), and in order to do so, he travels to this time, the one where he built the time machine traveling to 1936 (the one seen here). Therefore the 3rd version actually made it back to 1936, the 1st, 2nd and 4th versions are just the same stuck in a time loop.

On an unrelated topic, quite a funny and fresh series of ads.

Damn, you're right, I found it too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkWyhavseDs . It kind of copies it all the way, including the head bump. All of a sudden I just lost most respect for this ad. Such a shame.
