It's a nice ad, high on production and craft excellence.
It feels a little thin on insight, which really limits any of the recognition or accolades it deserves. Entertainment is great, and Heinekin as a brand seem to have an overall arcing strategy of using entertainment pieces to establish their brand personality, I would have liked to see more continuity with last years however. This one feels a lot more 'aloof' than previous ones; which had a much more suave nature.
Nonetheless, this boils down to style over substance. Like the difference between art direction and strategy, or even between graphic design and art direction.
The quiet voice of reason amidst the roar of undeserved praise. It really is all spectacle, no substance.

The real gain will be from those drawn in to watch the countless 'how its made' bits on YTube. The flawless execution and fun of it all is undeniable but you could swap in any number of brands trying to be cool and global and it would look the same.
Ah, foi massa! Como um vídeo de 2'30" conseguiu me surpreender no final? Gostei muito. Além disso, "16 toneladas" sempre foi uma música implorando pra ser colocada num bom vídeo! Sensacional... a cerveja gringa usando um som brasileiro e de muito bom gosto. Parabéns a quem criou aí hein.
Obviamente, a produção foi .... sem palavras.
