I don't know if the target (people who don't wear condoms) would appreciate being tagged as "having AIDS", even if it's for a good cause. The PR kick was good, but the people we WANT to wear condoms were probably made more defiant by all of this.
A bait-and-switch for a good cause is still a bait-and-switch.

An eye opener for sure, but I do feel concerned about the initial 3-4 weeks that they practically are empowering people who have unprotected sex.. surely that had to have some negative effect.
