Nice approach. However, the last line was whack... the sound didn't match the brand and as the target market is India, a deep Indian voice would have worked great. TMI on the last line..

"You can't dare to resist, because of the crackling crunch, goodness of corn and irresistible flavors..."

Could have been,

*In Indian Deep Voice*
"Crunchy Goodness or corn & Irresistible flavors.....Dare to resist!"
