The body language of the blonde lady when she first speaks is negative. She is shaking her head implying she isn't really going to support Cancer Research UK, however when she speaks again her body language is positive. All of the other people have very positive body language throughout implying they genuinely care and mean what they say. I feel that the negative body language spoils the advert.
