Be it a prepaid or postpaid user, many only find it convenient to make their personal calls on the weekend as they are usually to busy to catch up with their friends and family during the weekdays due to the busy work day. To encourage more usage of the prepaid and post paid over the weekend and create stronger bond and loyalty between the brand and the people. Batelco decided to give it all for free on Friday and FP7/BAH did the ads. A 360 integrated campaign "The nothing left to say syndrome". promo, media, social, online communication layers were created to effectively communicate the message and create a social move.
