I must be seeing a completely different ad here. The idea is really really thin, the rest is budget.

Business and Fun is a standard concept, but the execution "budget" is great.
Yeah, it's simple – "business meets fun." But they blew it out, making it memorable. Fantastic! Love it!!
If work was this fun, I'd prolly want to go to work all the time. :)
