I think this is a piece appropriate for its target audience.
sure this may seem explicit to some viewers, but it certainly grabs attention
and I don't think the viagra users will mind this work.

If you are a female, unless you are a board certified urologist, your comments are worthless in this ad.
Darkside, yes, everyone does know what Viagra does. But if you would have read the brief, you would have seen why this was made. If you can't advertise directly to a patient, you need to find a creative way to grab attention. This certainly does that, while allowing the patient to control his level of involvement with the ad. It's a great interactive/guerrilla piece. Aces.
