The Virgin Group and AKQA launched The Global Goals Alliance platform — an initiative that calls on every global citizen to ditch their civilian clothes and help fight poverty, injustice and climate change, by becoming a superhero. Powerhouses such as Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, One Direction, Stephen Hawking and Beyoncé are all lending their superhero support.
The ‘superhero generator’ invites users to transform themselves, choose a super power and suit up with a unique costume and accessories. Avatars can be shared across social media to tell everyone about #GlobalGoals.
