This is by far one of my favorite ad commercials I have seen in a very long time. Speaking from a consumer's point of view, I want to point out the fact that I went straight to Trulia's website to get acquainted with that service as this is the first time I hear about it. I happened to keep my interest on the advertisement because I recognized the actor, Max Greenfield from the Fox show "New Girl." This is one of my all time favorite shows and because this actor plays an extraordinarily hilarious role as "Schmidt," I loved seeing him play that exact personality for this ad. The story line went perfect with the ending message Trulia was trying to portray and attach to the viewer PLUS adding the element of humor made it enjoyable to watch all the way through. This is a perfect example of an advertising agency using IMC principles successfully.
