Every year Pepsico draws a YouTube viral movies contest, between the creative teems in the BBDO Israel office. They don't give any funding for it, it is totally independent. They film it with a simple camera, edit the footage, edit the sound, friends are the actors etc. Than at a particular date all of the creative teams upload their movie to YouTube. The movie that has the most views after one month wins and the team gets a ticket to Cannes Lion Festival! Here is Orel Bitan copywriter team's work:
