For the launch of the new NESCAFÉ® variety, BBDO Belgium took customers by surprise. In a trendy coffee bar they replaced all the coffee by their new NESCAFÉ® Gold Barista Style coffee. The customers did not notice any difference and all reacted positively when it was explained.
