This is wrong. Women are smarter than putting flawed math forward as fact: when compared to the hours, days, and years in employment, there is still a gap, but it's less than 8¢- so the next time you calculate this, account for the jobs that have majority female employees, like teachers, etc. and subtract the three months off, maternity and choice of careers. That said, there is much discrimination against women that a talentless comedianne could bring awareness to...#bsinmedia
