Greenpeace is Straw-Shaming businesses still using single use plastic by launching their first Instagram Stories Protest - The Pocket Protest.

We all know that we’re in the midst of a massive plastic pollution crisis. It’s wreaking havoc on our planet - harming our wildlife and killing our sea creatures. While many businesses have ditched single-use plastics, several big players continue to create and distribute them.

Greenpeace is giving people a tool to help tackle the issue. They’ve launched a series of stickers on Instagram Stories and encouraging people to call out businesses for using wasteful plastics. Here's how it works:
- Take an image or video of the single use plastic in Instagram's stories feature
- Search “plastic” on Instagram GIFs
- Place the GIF on the plastic and tag the business name and location
