JB Restaurant is a S.Pellegrino’s Top 100 World’s Best Restaurant owned by chef Janez Bratovz. Now it released a special book. Its each and every cover carries the original chef’s signature that is inspired by artistic plate decorations of his signature dishes. Its pages present thoughtfully chosen suppliers of ingredients and the chef´s most valuable recipes.
