This particular campaign wants to help victims that have been branded by their traffickers. Thanks to the work of talented tattoo artists in the UK, we will turn this symbol of branding into a new symbol of hope.

Human trafficking and sexual exploitation continue to leave a mark on victims all around the world and even in the UK. With this project, we want to raise awareness for the issue, while showing other survivors that it’s possible to overcome and live with the effects of modern slavery. From PTSD to trust issues, you can support us on this journey to combat the scars of human trafficking that reside deep below the surface.

We will go beyond the campaign, as often traffickers either brand the victims themselves or they use tattoo studios. Most of the time, the tattoo artist is unaware that they are about the brand a victim.

So, Medaille Trust aim to train tattoo artists to spot the signs of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. With their help, we can prevent cases and stop traffickers in their tracks!
