well, this works... but you shall find better ways to convey this msg... u dont need 40 seconds to do this first of all... I recently heard and "ambulance helpline ad, in which the no. was announced in 5 seconds in ambulance siren tune... simple and amazing yet makes you remeber the no.

i must admit i find it also a little insulting. the idea however is solid.
the negative part is that a spot exactly like this was done before by a copy shop in cologne.
