I have to agree with morse. It is like "I had to advertise Heinz ketchup. My friend owns a TV channel. He let me show the bottle & logo in dozens of 30 sec commercials and BANG! Sales of Heinz ketchup increased. Zero budget!!!" Pretty much the same.
Other students couldn't allow to organize a fancy party (as kleenex pointed out).

How did you reach these people with a budget of zero? You had to at least print those nifty wristbands. And, who can throw a massive party without spending a dime? Unless the whole things was fake and you're the worst kind of person.
