Detailed step by step guide to getting your campaign uploaded and published.

First, create an account. You will have full control over your campaign’s appearance, asset order, description, and credits. Campaigns remain in editing mode until submitted for review. After publication, you can edit, withdraw, or delete them yourself at any time. You will also have instant access to all campaigns you’ve uploaded through your profile.

Use your professional or student email when registering, as generic email addresses are no longer accepted.

Once registered, click the "Submit" link in the upper-right toolbar.

Submission Fields

Title:
Choose a short, descriptive title that provokes interest. Unless essential for context, do not include the brand or agency name—these will appear automatically above and below the title on the campaign page.

Description:
Describe the campaign. The press release text is often used here.

Publish or Creation Date:
Defaults to the current date. Adjust only if the campaign was released in the past. Do not set a future date for embargoed campaigns.

Brand and Agency Fields:
These are linked to our brand and agency databases. Start typing the name; if it appears in the dropdown, click it to auto-fill the field.
If it does not appear, click "Add" at the top of the dropdown and enter the name exactly as you want it displayed. Website and Twitter/X fields are optional.

Medium Types:
Select the medium type that best matches your campaign (e.g., Integrated, Film, OOH).

Industries:
Select the business category that best fits the brand.

Countries:
Choose the country of origin and/or where the campaign was released.

NSFW Box:
Tick this box if the campaign contains sexually explicit or suggestive content with exposed intimate body parts (including censored or blurred). Full nudity is not allowed.

Student Box:
Tick this if the campaign is a student, spec, or personal unpublished project.

Credits:
Optional. Use the preferred format: Title: Name.

Card Thumbnail:
This is your most important asset—choose an image that will stand out and entice visitors to click. Use a proper 4:3 ratio (544×408 px). Nothing says I don't care about the campaign more than an improperly sized thumbnail with text and images bleeding off the image. Case boards make really poor thumbnails.

Submission Notes:
Optional. Use this to leave a short message for AOTW admins. Visible only to admins after submission.

Save and Add Assets:
Click to save your campaign and proceed to the main campaign page.
