As technology develops and its impact grows, virtual reality is increasing in popularity this year. VR allows users to experience a specific environment, using software that creates real images, as if the user were actually in the exact location. The general public is able to get their hands on one of the sleek, new VR headsets that companies such as Google, Oculus, Samsung and Sony have created. While VR’s are mostly a novelty item, we can see the new technology becoming an important new medium for advertising in the future.
