Description
With the arrivals of all new Sandero and Sandero Stepway with hybrid powertrains, Dacia has reached a new milestone : it's entire range is now electrified.
To support this major evolution, the brand unveils a new campaign created by Publicis Conseil, building on its communication platform Cars for real life, for real people.
Far from the traditional codes of automotive advertising, Dacia chooses to highlight a simple reality : a car is above all an everyday companion, one that is with us on the journeys we make each day.
Directed by Philippe Tempelman and produced by Phantasm, the film opens in an imaginary world. Amid spectacular landscapes, a school, a bakery, a cinema and even a supermarket appear, far from any urban setting.
Suddenly, the perspective shifts. The same school shot reappears, this time in the heart of a very real city. The viewer is then brought back to their own everyday life: these places are not as far as they seem, they are part of our daily journeys.
Through this film, Dacia reminds us of a simple truth: you don't drive far every day, you drive every day. It is precisely for these real-life needs that the Dacia hybrid range was designed : for everyday drives, from school to the bakery, stopping by the supermarket. Depending on the model, it can offer up to 1,500 km of range, allowing to drive with up to 40 days without refuelling.
The film showcases Dacia's entire electrified range across six models: Duster, Bigster, Striker, Sandero, Sandero Stepway and Jogger. A way of illustrating the brand's ambition: to make hybrid technology accessible across its entire range, without compromising on what defines its DNA, robust vehicles designed to meet drivers' real-life needs.
On the music front, the film is soundtracked by an indie-rock reorchestration with British influences of Willie Nelson's On the Road Again, produced by Start-Rec. Performed by Max Baby, a leading figure in Paris's emerging rock scene, the track is reinvented through raw guitars, a driving rhythm and arrangements that are both organic and contemporary, while preserving the original song's spirit of freedom. A rawer, more contemporary take, that is unmistakably Dacia.
The campaign is on air in France since August 30, 2026.
