Working Not Working’s first-ever brand campaign serves up some major respect for the super challenging and oft under-appreciated work that talent hirers do day-in and day-out.
Taking the form of a music video (and maintaining our reverence for irreverence), the lyrics cheekily assume the POV of the spread-paper-thin recruiter, giving talent hirers a voice to share their exhaustive experiences: being ghosted during the interview process, managing unrealistic asks from potential candidates, filling several roles simultaneously with tight budgets and tighter deadlines, and much more.
