Description
The Gratiaen Prize for 22 years has recognized the best works of English writing by Sri Lankans. The winning books contain compelling stories created by talented authors and poets who unraveled their imaginations. The illustrations in the series are based on three past-winners: ‘Chinaman’ by Shehan Karunatilaka, ‘The Jam Fruit Tree’ by Carl Muller and ‘The Road from Elephant Pass’ by Nihal De Silva.
