Inspired by family sitcom-style comedy, Progressive and creative agency Arnold Worldwide will preview the new “TV Dad” creative beginning January 16th. Starring one of TV's most truly iconic dads, TV star Reginald VelJohnson as “the best pretend dad that you’ve never had.”

Along with a classic “sitcom” theme song opening, in a series of TV spots and social films, Progressive’s TV Dad will dish out the fatherly wisdom. Everything from love, family, and even his hot take on other topics. But the most important lesson of all? Drivers who switch to Progressive could save nearly $700 on average. So, listen to your TV Dad — he knows it all.
