Description

Description (Main Case):
Diplomatic institutions are traditionally perceived as formal and protocol-driven.
The Egyptian Diplomatic Club sought to redefine this perception by positioning itself as a living platform of influence — a form of Egypt’s soft power in action.
Saras Communications developed and executed “Sohour of Kindness – Honoring Impact & Responsibility,” transforming a traditional Ramadan gathering into a high-level experiential platform uniting diplomacy, civil society, and corporate leadership.
The initiative brought together Arab and foreign ambassadors, government representatives, institutional leaders, and corporate decision-makers in a single, purpose-driven environment.
At the core of the experience was the recognition of 10 of Egypt’s most impactful associations, including:
Magdi Yacoub Foundation, Misr El Kheir Foundation, Children’s Cancer Hospital 57357, Ahl Masr Hospital, Al Nas Hospital, Tahya Misr Fund, Haya Karima Foundation, Egyptian Food Bank, Baheya Foundation, and Terous Foundation.
The strategy was built on a powerful insight:
Diplomacy is most effective when it is experienced, not declared.
Through an integrated system combining spatial design, digital immersion, and narrative-led production, the event dissolved traditional hierarchies and created a shared environment where institutions, diplomats, and changemakers engaged as equals.
The result was a transformative shift — repositioning the Egyptian Diplomatic Club as a connector of influence, strengthening cross-sector relationships, and elevating the role of social impact within diplomatic visibility.
This was not simply an event.
It was a redefinition of how diplomacy can be expressed through experience.

Idea:
Transform a traditional Ramadan Sohour into a platform of influence, where recognition becomes a tool of diplomacy and human connection becomes the core narrative.

Execution:
1) Curated a high-level diplomatic gathering with ambassadors and institutional
leaders.
2) Designed an immersive environment blending digital storytelling and physical
experience.
3) Integrated dynamic LED visuals to support live performances and recognition
moments.
4) Delivered a seamless guest journey from invitation to execution.
5) Positioned NGOs at the center of the narrative through a structured honoring
ceremony.

Results:
1) Elevated the Egyptian Diplomatic Club’s positioning as a modern diplomatic
platform.
2) Strengthened relationships between diplomacy, corporate sector, and civil
society.
3) Increased visibility and recognition for leading Egyptian NGOs.
4) Created a scalable model for institutional engagement through experience.
