Nashville Department of Transportation is introducing Trashley, a gritty local with a littering problem and main character energy you most certainly do not want to emulate. In a campaign that spans broadcast, digital, out-of-home, experiential and more, NDOT’s Trashley aims to encourage all area residents and those visiting the city to take littering seriously. The spot also features Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell, who is committed to reducing litter in Nashville.
