Tip Jar by Marvin is a browser extension that allows fans to give back to their favorite artist, without costing them a cent. All fans need to do is visit and download the Chrome extension. After that, whenever they listen to a song that they like, they can simply click on the “tip” button located at the top of their browser. Their song selection will then travel to 100 individual Raspberry-Pi devices, which will initiate 100 simultaneous streams of the song, instantly generating 100 times the revenue for the artist.
