The perception of taste is linked to our DNA, which makes the same food taste different to all of us. But not only that, but we can also discover the tastes of each person, just by analyzing their genetics.
In Cusqueña we wanted to identify the Origin of Flavor of different influencers and journalists, taking a DNA test to identify those flavors that they like and those that they don't like so much. With this information and in an exclusive event, we created unique and 100% personalized dishes for each one of them, together with the Cusqueña that according to their genetics, they would enjoy the most. To demonstrate that the Origin of Flavor is in their DNA.
