Premium headwear brand Melin tapped creative agency Mādin to launch “The Gift,” a holiday-driven, interview-style content series rooted in one of the season’s most universal frustrations: what do you gift the guy who has everything?
The spot features real women (wives, girlfriends, moms) candidly spiraling through the impossible task of shopping for the men in their lives: golf gear, fishing trips, tech gadgets - they’ve already gotten them everything. The spot ends with the director asking the final question: “So what are you getting him this year?” and lands with a simple promise: We Got You.
Without ever showing the product, the series positions Melin’s premium caps as the effortless go-to gift. The women’s stories naturally reveal the traits of the Melin customer: active, stylish, appreciates craftsmanship, and someone who understands a hat is more than an accessory. It’s the billboard that tells the world who you are, what you value, your passions, and how you live your life.
The Gift will run across paid ads and organic social media starting December 12th.
