ici Barbès is proud to be once more this year partnering with the Surfrider Foundation Europe. The Drop is again a timely warning about the disastrous impact of microplastics on the seabed and highlights the urgency of preserving the ocean and the health of all of us.
It has been calculated that there are up to 51 trillion plastic particles polluting the ocean right from the surface to the deepest depths. The environmental impact is catastrophic for the marine ecosystem as well as for our health.
