Doritos is bold by default. But in Iraq, we dipped it in something even bolder.
We tapped into a food trend born in the US and Mexico—crushing Doritos into full-on meals with meat, cheese, and sauces and gave it a uniquely Iraqi remix.
Grilled tomatoes. Meat Gus. Eggplants. Yogurt with Cucumber.
We invited people to crush, remix, and dip Doritos into Iraq’s loud, proud, messy food culture.. and to do it shamelessly.
This wasn’t a product launch. It was a behavioral takeover: normalizing the idea that Doritos doesn’t sit on the side, it dives in.
To lead this movement, we teamed up with Saleem Salim, a rising Iraqi star whose fearless fashion and unapologetic energy perfectly matched the Doritos DNA.
The campaign started from a regional platform, but we didn’t copy-paste.
We reimagined it for Iraq’s streets, where flavor always wins, and confidence is currency.
And so, a new tribe was born: وحوش التغميس - The Dipping Beasts
