Male involvement in vaccination can have a huge impact on vaccination rates for both routine childhood immunization and Covid-19. So to promote male involvement in family vaccination, we used the one platform that unites all African men: The Africa Cup of Nations football tournament. The campaign used football fever to reach millions of fans in Mozambique, Tanzania, Nigeria, and Cameroon.
