In a world where armed conflict has become part of the everyday landscape, Amnesty International Chile launches “Shoo”ting Stars, a campaign designed to shed light on the devastating impact of war on civilian populations.
The campaign aims to raise awareness about the destruction caused by armed conflicts in countries such as Ukraine and Israel/Occupied Palestinian Territory, where more than 10,000 missiles have been launched in recent years, leaving behind death, trauma, and rubble. Homes, schools, and hospitals have been turned to dust—while the horror has become so frequent in the media that global audiences risk becoming desensitized.
